Information on the products we use.
All of the products we use serve a purpose; however, not all of these products will be appropriate for your particular pet. Your groomer will access your pet's skin and coat, ask for your preferences and allergy concerns, and together, a product that will best safely and effectively address your pet's needs will be used. Suppose you do not feel the products we have on hand are suitable for your pet or you have a prescribed product. In that case, you may bring that in instead so long as the product is not a flea product, the product is in its original packaging, and prescriptions clearly state it is for your pet and has clear instructions on how to use it. We reserve the right to decline to use a product if we do not feel it is safe... someone once wanted us to bleach the fleas off their dog, but we said no.
